What Colours Go With Wine Coloured Linens? – Ask The Expert Answer

Hi Angela I have another question.. the only choice of colors I have for the linens on the wedding reception are Wine, White and Black, the reception hall theme is a bit gothic with wine and gold.. and also the colors I want for the flower arrangements are Red and Pink roses with Purple flowers… So I’m
not so sure what works better with those colors??? Thank you!!!

Hi Zarina.  I would check whether the wine colour goes with your red, pink and purple flowers.  It really depends upon the tonal quality of the wine colour.  If you aren’t sure, or don’t think it will work, then I suggest you use black and white linens. 

Black and white are elegant, classy, and neutral.  Any other colour can go with black and white, and your red, pink and purple will give this neutral palette a punch of colour. It sounds lovely.  Black and white are also very dramatic colours, and with punches of red will give a real WOW factor to your decor.
