Hi Eloisa. Yes it is very appropriate for you to have a bouquet. In fact, I have seen renewal of vows with the full pomp and ceremony of an actual wedding. This is often the case when the wedding was very small, and they couple did not have a large wedding. I have also seen a renewal of vows as a very simple affair. It depends completely on the couple and what they choose.
