Hi. I want to know if you can tell me where to get a pattern for a long coat with a train attached for my daughter she is getting married next winter and I am making her coat. She is having an outdoor wedding, and I can’t find a pattern anywhere. I hope you can help me.

Hi Lorraine. I have never seen a pattern for a long wedding coat with a train attached. I suggest you find a pattern for a long coat, and another for a train, and create your own original design.
If you visit your local fabric store, you will find a number of options in the pattern books available. Also, Simplicity, McCall’s and the other usual pattern companies are on-line and you can search their pattern collections.
If you have a picture of what you want created, Any Wedding Dress advertises that they can create any wedding dress from a picture. I’m sure they can create a coat with a train if you had a picture of what you want.
