Aloha, my name is Kim and I wanted to know what type of wedding dress would look good on me.  I’m not big but not small either.  I have a little meat on my
body, but I want to look good but don’t know what type of dress to get.  Thank you.

Hi Kim and congratulations on your upcoming wedding.  When choosing your wedding gown, it is important to identify your body type.  I have written a free .pdf called The Secret of Dressing Your Body Type which talks about how to choose the right gown for your body type. 

The important thing to know when choosing your wedding gown is that when you wear the dress, your upper and lower torso must look balanced.  If either top or bottom half look out of proportion, you need to change the style of that part of the dress.  This article will explain dressing your body type in more detail.
