I’d like to know what are some good ideas for gifts for the groomsmen and also the ring bearer(he’s 5). Do you get the ushers the same gift as the groomsmen, should the Best Man’s gift be more expensive than the other males in the wedding party? Thanks for your help. Mother of the Groom.

Hi Evelyn, and congratulations on your son’s marriage. Although what you get for gifts can be whatever you want, the etiquette guideline is that the bestman usually gets a slightly more expensive gift than the groomsmen. The traditional gifts for bestman and groomsmen are pen sets, watches, desk clocks, silver frames, leather wallets or leather belts. Usually the gifts are given at the bachelor party or the rehearsal dinner.
