Look for Wedding Planners, as they often have a lot of decorations that they utilize for weddings. You can also ask the hall manager, your local bridal association, or local bridal shops for recommendations. Another option is to look for an interior decorator–including checking with your local university for final-year students who may be able to do the job at a reduced rate.
