Hi Faye. The best kind of flower arrangement would be a low centrepiece style flower arrangement for the tables. You want your guests to be able to speak with each other without having to look around a taller bouquet of flowers.

Depending upon how much room you have on the tables (which sounds like a fair bit based on your description), you might consider an arrangement that “trails” or spreads out from the centre of the table. With two people on each side of the table, there will be adequate room for a larger, low centrepiece arrangement in the centre.
